Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited "return at delivery and refund policy" which allows our users to return the product at the time of delivery only if due to some reason they are not satisfied if the products delivered are rotten or a different product is delivered subject to a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your account. This can be used to pay for your subsequent orders placed on our website.
For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which the products shipped are rotten or are incorrect. Acceptance of returns & refund post delivery is subject to a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team.
